Cheers to the weekend all! Feeling a little fun & flirty lately in the fashion department... since (gasp) I'm now down to the same weight I was when I was 21 years old! Yesssss! I know, I know. I'll have to prove it with live fashion pics soon when I have time. In the meantime... here's a little romantic flair!

Pizza Party
Semi-Homemade
This past Saturday for the first time in over 5 years, I stepped into Trader Joe's... Immediately I felt like I was home. I picked up a ton of ingredients for a little create your own pizza party. It was so much fun, and after years of pizza practice (my first job was in a pizza parlor), I can say that I perfected my craft this weekend!
Still don't have the patience for making my own dough, until that day comes, I will forever have fresh dough on stock in case a spontaneous pizza party strikes up again!
Simply Colette Pizza Sauce
1 16 oz can of San Marzano plum tomatoes
1 6 oz tomato paste
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp of Italian seasoning or Oregano
6 fresh basil leaves chopped
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of sugar
This pizza features: Trader Joe's fresh dough, Simply Colette Pizza Sauce, fresh mozzarella, 4 cheese shredded blend, salami, hot Italian sausage, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

Domme, France
I was wondering how long it would take me to miss France... really miss France. To be able to grasp the fact that I spent 1/12 of this year over there, and suddenly wishing I was there again so soon.
So there it is 115 days, and I've got the itch again.

MADAM AE & MORE THINGS...........................
Hello to my fellow Madam AE readers! After disappearing and going off the radar for a few months..................... ( ages, ages and ages ) I have decided to return to a humble form of fashion review. A lot has happened since my 'laying low' period, I've taken time out from reviewing my love for fashion and have had a wonderful time exploring my love for other things.... amongst these many loves of mine, is my passion to help others turn their passions and dreams into reality..... through creativity.
So, after the trials and tribulations of 'this and that', and a wonderful support network of great friends and family... I embarked on creating a PR Agency.."Mondiale Media" , my vision was to provide a service which supports and promotes the brand, service and purpose of the business/ profile. If I can say so myself, I am darn good at 'making' things happen for others... to give that gentle push and shove.
So there you have it, Madam AE readers! a snippet of information/ insight about me....not only do I love fashion and often I lend my tongue and heartfelt opinions towards fashion... but I also am an avid Publicist! xx Not only do I give a great fashion review! but I can also drive and manage the Public Relations ooomph for any brand and profile.
So please check out my other LOVE:) http://www.mondialemedia.com/
Every now and again I will be updating the exciting things occurring @ Mondiale Media in the Madam AE blog ( just in case my Madam AE readers.... would like to know what's happening in the world of PR )
So, please, if you have just happened to stumble across Madam AE after months of being left in the dark as to my whereabouts..... reconnect with Madam AE and spread the word that the Madam AE blog has well and truly returned to the scene of fashion review.
P.S. Madam Ae is a profile derived from my love for fashion. The Madam AE profile was created from my passion to support the creative industries and not limited to others. Madam AE and Mondiale Media work together to lift and preserve the existence of personal profiles, select brands/ products and services.

More from Vienna and Budapest
I made a little blooper in my last post. I hope you remember that I mentioned that Roseanne and I had a relaxed lunch at the SAPA Restaurant in Vienna. And I posted a couple of pictures of my gorgeous best friend without captioning them. So now, many among you thing that the lovely girl in the pictures is me. Nope, I am the bespectacled geek sitting across her.
So sharing some more pictures from Vienna and Budapest. I can feel that I have been bitten by the travel bug. I now want to travel to Greece. And then back to Austria, this time for a longer duration.
Will resume the fashion posts next week. I have a lot of new things happening in my life that i am just dying to share with you all. More on that later. To avoid any confusion this time, I am the tall woman in the yellow singlet. Have a great week ahead, my lovely blogging friends.

Tea Time
Good Eats Wednesday
Remembering France
I've been drinking lots of tea these days (to get through the work day), and remembered this Tea Time I had on the river of La Roque Gageac.
Amazing to think I was able to lose weight with snacks of lemon meringue pie! But what's even better... I'm now even 5 lbs. lighter than France. Now, that's real sweet!

Weekend
Hope everyone had a good weekend... mine was grrrreat! Spent lots of time exploring... hiking around the beautiful beaches of Lake Tahoe, adventures in Carson City, a little photography work for advertising in Homes & Lands, and finally using my 4-Wheel drive for some isolated photography adventures away from it all. Ever realize how rare it is to get away from all civilization? The silence is unreal.
Have a good week!
