This one is for the band! Jk... When I was in college, my girlfriends and I always teased that we looked like a girl band whenever we dressed up for an evening out. We had a Norwegian blonde, brunette (me), fierce redhead, and sassy Asian in our clan. So when I was arranging this post, some of the photos reminded me of band cover shoot. It's always fun to remember my good ole' college days too!

Happy October!

Mmm... one of my favorite month's. The mulled cider and pumpkin candles have already been burning around my house though for the past few weeks!

it reminded me too much of my former life.

I was wondering how long it would take me to miss France... really miss France. To be able to grasp the fact that I spent 1/12 of this year over there, and suddenly wishing I was there again so soon.

So there it is 115 days, and I've got the itch again.

Weekend

Hope everyone had a good weekend... mine was grrrreat! Spent lots of time exploring... hiking around the beautiful beaches of Lake Tahoe, adventures in Carson City, a little photography work for advertising in Homes & Lands, and finally using my 4-Wheel drive for some isolated photography adventures away from it all. Ever realize how rare it is to get away from all civilization? The silence is unreal.
