Flying Home Today


We've had so much fun petsitting this week in South Carolina. Enjoying all the luxuries of a house such as bubble baths, a fireplace, and cooking in a nice kitchen. We've enjoyed 3 dogs (Jade, Rosie & Jethro), 3 cats (Jesse, Joey & Dieter), and Alex the African Grey parrot who talks and sings all day. I got to read a whole book in a few short days by the fireplace, something I haven't done in a while... and eat lots of fresh seafood.

Swinging Vines & Spanish Moss

Beaufort, SC

First of all, don't laugh at the 80's hairstyle. That's what happens when I'm on vacation and staying indoors for the day, I don't style my bangs. Anyway, I had fun frolicking down this path with huge trees covered in Spanish Moss in the late afternoon light. I even found a swinging branch and started monkeying around!

We won't talk about the spider bite I got either, especially after yesterday's post.

    (The 'she' is from the female blue crabs which contains a unique taste from the orange roe.)

3.  Old Oaks Trees Covered with Spanish Moss

4.  Afternoon thunderstorms & Beautiful Sunsets

5.  Close to the charming and historic towns of Savannah & Charleston. (my little carriage ride)

6.  Getting pampered at Lime Lite Salon.

7.  Seeing little bunnies on bike rides in the evenings.

8.  Staking out potential new homes and their front door views.
