Animal Week


If you missed the past two posts, we went to the Miami Zoo this weekend and I got so many photos, that I've planned on sharing these furry and furless creatures with you this week. (There will be other non-animal posts as well, in case if you're not that into wildlife.)

But I'm completely infatuated with animals sometimes, and always wonder what they are thinking. While the hippopotamus is usually my favorite, the one we saw was a tiny breed, so I wasn't that into him. Interestingly enough, the primates had both us in awe as we gaped at their human like tendencies.

This pot-bellied redhead was probably my favorite overall...
    I'd like to think he was saying...

"Yes... Can I help you?"

"Hmm... is this all I get for dinner?"

"Do you have any floss? I can't seem to get this piece right here..."

"Don't talk to me. Don't look at me. Just keep on walking, and get that camera out of my face."

"Where did I put that brush again?"
